Re: 6+ rings before going to voicemail?
I am wondering if this may have any bearing on the phones default SCL setting.

Re: 6+ rings before going to voicemail?
It is a different voicemail service via Visual Voicemail now.
Different system different settings. Maybe you can call your voicemail configuration system like you did the first time you had to set it up and check the options. |

I had people tell me that on my TP and TP2 also, I think it just kinda depends where your at when they try to call you but that's just a guess...

Re: 6+ rings before going to voicemail?
Three calls, 5 rings exactly. Not a large sample, I know.
Have you set your phone to be on CDMA only vs searching for GSM first? Sounds weird but I see a lot of posts on it. Apparently our phones are set to look for a GSM signal Im a Droid n00b so dunno if this will help but I did it on my phone. Supposedly a battery saver but to my brain if your phone is searching for GSM first that could cause a delay. Check this:http://androidforums.com/tips-tricks...tery-life.html EDIT: My test calls were from work. Just tested one more time from home and got VM pick up after 5 rings again. Here's a slightly more in-depth 'splaination:http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&highlight=tws Just FYI.
