Ouch!! Im very anal about my phones cosmetics too lol but I got my phone today and bought the case and screen protectors right away, im way too clumsy to even try to walk out of the store phone unprotected lol.

I'm with the last two posters. My car got a ding, the next day the dent removal guy was at my office removing it. My stuff is always in excellent condition.
But s**t happens.

I dropped mine in the driveway yesterday
 Such is life, no need to get upset and I don't see any reason why BB should have to replace the phone for your mistake. Buy a case, put it on and you won't see the two scratches anyways.

F that!! Its BB fault that there was concrete where you were at!! Take it back and demand them to replace yours and give you a second one for free, just for the trouble!!

You think that's harsh? When I went into BB, they were putting Zagg shields on the phones if you bought the shield from them.
The BB employee spilled his bottle of water all over the customer's phone. The customer refused to accept the phone after it was basically drowning in a puddle of water. The worst part, the customer couldn't get the Evo that day, since they only had a limited quantity. My advice to you OP, its only two scratches. Best case scenario, put it in a case. Good as new until you take the case off.

Why is everyone praising and thanking the OP? He was careless and is now gonna try and make Best Buy pay for it?! Good luck. I hope they tell you to go climb a tree. That's what I do when people return a dented up or wet phone. Eat some bananas while ur at it.
What happened to integrity? This is sad. Already I can see the insurance scams popping up all over this forum.
