You think that's harsh? When I went into BB, they were putting Zagg shields on the phones if you bought the shield from them.
The BB employee spilled his bottle of water all over the customer's phone. The customer refused to accept the phone after it was basically drowning in a puddle of water.
The worst part, the customer couldn't get the Evo that day, since they only had a limited quantity.
My advice to you OP, its only two scratches. Best case scenario, put it in a case. Good as new until you take the case off.
