No weather on home page

Under world clock I have the city I live in marked as home. For some reason "America/Detroit" is in there too even though I never entered it. When I go to applications and click weather I have the same city entered in. However, when I go to the home screen it says under the clock "my location" it will not display the weather. Can anyone help me get the weather to display under the clock on the home screen?

I had to specifically pick the city I'm in before it would display weather...otherwise I got "my location" too...shouldn't it just pick up the weather based on GPS? Seems kinda silly to just tell me "my location", for the most part, I know where I am...sometimes.

Mine only shows my location if it cant triangulate where I am.. otherwise its pretty right on with the location name and weather.

yeah, I figured it out, I didn't have the detect location on networks, just gps...

Mine says America/Detroit too. Pshh Detroit is wack so I hope I find a fix.

I'll be frank with you, I have it working, and got it working again after a factory reset on the 2nd day, but I can't remember how I did it. I remember struggling to get it back. This has all been too fast, but trust me, it works as a Widget from some program, and you can set the update interval. This last week has been a blur for me, and not just because I got an Evo a week early. Some reasons are far more serious. But the answer will be forthcoming soon, perhaps from me if I can shake the Night Fever.......
