RadioShack/Sprint Evo issues?
Is anybody experiencing issues with getting their Evos? I got mine at 8am this morning from RadioShack and had no problem. However, my friend had a 1030 appointment and RadioShack is telling him that Sprint is having system issues and they cannot activate it until tomorrow? whoa! I feel bad for him. Anyone else experiencing activation problems?

I got to my local RS about 9:00am this morning, and the RS guy noted that the system was slow in activation (due to being bogged down with so many activations), so he noted that I should be all activated within 45 minutes. So I left and an hour later I turned on my EVO and the phone activated wonderfully with no issue or delay

I was there at 8:30 and didn't get mine until 9:45. The Sprint site was going very very slow. I'm in the Saint Louis area btw, and yeah it sucked.

radio shack has the problem to that they cant not accsses to the apointments and credits that the client has i can get my evo today for that shit !!!

Got mine at 8:30 at the Shack. Other than the lady being slow, I had no issues.

Took me an hour to get mine activated @ 9:30am (birmingham, mi). They said the system was really slow, and I figured that would be an issue for the next few days I would imagine. Probably worse in the afternoon when everyone gets off work.

i went in at 830am... was out of the store already activated in about 10 mins!!! out of those 10 mins 5 mins was wait time... they are really fast here in ny !!! lol

they had 2 call sprint bcuz of my plan & he had to re-do the whole process after he charged me for a screen protector, took longer than i assumed. got in around 6:45 & out by 7:15.
