in plano texas took about 4 hours to get mine activated. I even left the store with the phone not activated, had to call sprint directly 4 hours after I got the phone to get it done. Systems just getting slammed.

some of our employees said screw the employee plans. u can buy them as a employee but u cant put them on employee plans

I've had mine for 2 hours now and still not activating OTA. Called customer service and said they were going to activate it. I was given another # that the shack rep put on the contract. I hope I dont get 2 planned added to my acccount.

Still waiting for the phone to be activated....

went to my RS this morning at 8am PST. didnt get done till 915PST. None of that was wait time. All of it was waiting for the sprint systems. My rep had it going on 2 computers and on the phone. Lucky, just as i was calling it quits, the phone came through and the phone rep was able to activate it in <1 minute.

i was not able to purchase the phone w/o activation btw.

not at the $200 price no, if you wanted to say screw it and just walk with the phone it would've been $499

also, i've been into activations 4 times in the last hour and everything is running smooth so if anyone had issues before hit up your store again

I went to my local RadioShack at 10:30am everything was all set at 12:30. I never spent that long at any RadioShacks before. In the end it was very worth the wait.

at rs, they had to call sprint to activate mine. I just left the sprint store for accessories, and they said they can't even activate now!
