Unfortunately, BB is making sure to update the phone before it makes it to the customers hands. The guy who set me up said it was manditory and him manager was watching everyone like a hawk...

I get mine later this afternoon.. But I drove by a few best buys and sprint stores near my house.. The Sprint Store actually had a line outside.. It was about 10 people and its about 7:30 CST
