I called EVERY ( 3 ) radio shacks in the area and its 199.99 when upgrading. I even asked about the 299.99 and they said NO WAY, especially since they advertised 199.99..

Here's what I understand: It's $199 at Best Buy if you're eligible for the 2 year upgrade or if you're a Premier Customer and it's been a year. The only reason it's that price is because Best Buy takes care of the Manufacturer's Instant Rebate for you. So really it's $299, but with the rebate it ends up being $199. This is the reason I went to Best Buy instead of Radio Crack because I wasn't sure if they were running the same promotion. I just assumed if you were only eligible for the 1 year upgradge, you wouldn't get the MIR, so your price would be $299 + $75. But I get the 2 year at Best Buy since I'm a Premier customer so I don't really care what Villian2000 says. He's just another douche trying to stir some shat up and get people worrying about nothing.
