Who the hell would take a pic of a dude with his pants down like that. How is he not kicked out anyway. I live on the south side of Chicago and I never seen anyone with there shorts down like that. Would be a black person too, always doing some dumb hsit like this. Embarrassing.

Let me make this clear, I dont agree with someones boxers showing in public but I also dong automatically assume the worse of the person as a result. There are criminals and gangbangers that dress in suits and ties and work in a office environment. I say that to say that dont go and assume the worst possible thing about someone because of what they have on. Thats what I take offensive.

Well you shouldn't! No one said he was a bad person I think that conclusively we can all gather that basically he just looks stupid with his pants down. Thats it and thats all. So, back to the topic at hand.....

Unfortunately the adage of "the clothes make the man" or "if it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck" .

I'm with everyone that says, he can dress how he wants to, no matter to me.. BUT..

if you don't want people to think you’re a thug (or mob, or gangster, or baker, mechanic, whatever), quit acting like it and/or dressing like it.. that may have nothing to do with the guy in the picture, and he may be the best person on the planet, however, if you are going to group yourself into the preconceived notions/stereotypes, don't be mad when your treated like it.

My Walmart carries Sprint...I just called there and they said that there is no cell rep there and that I have to call back tomorrow between 7 and 4. Seems like any time I call there no one knows anything about anything.

Just because he shorts are falling for what ever reason is still no good reason to automatically label him a gangster or criminal. Its a very offensive comment and shouldn't be made on that basis.

And as a side note, how you dress in your professional environment has nothing to do with what or how you choose to dress in your personal environment.

lol.....dude going to Walmart is not considered a personal environment. Personal environment is inside your house, or some place where the public can not visibly see you.

Stereo typing is always going to exist, no matter what the scenario. In this case: men that dress like that, regardless of color, are not going to be working in a professional atmosphere.

Come on man, if people or lets say our country don't stereo type that explain why every brown person at an airport gets stopped for security checks.

Why every Chinese, Korean, Japanese people are always considered smart and cheap.

Why Italians are considered to always be in the mob or a cast of Jersey Shore.

Truth is stereo types exist everywhere.

To me, I call it judgment. If that dude in the picture wanted to hang out with my daughter, I would say hell no. But if that dude was wearing something presentable, I would be more content. Its not racism. Clothing also displays maturity. So in my mind, I think "is my daughter with someone that is mature?" as opposed to "that dude is a thug."

Bottom line, you dress like a thug or a gangster, people are going to perceive you to be one. If you don't want to be perceived as one, don't dress as one.
