He said 4G is cheaper. That's it. End of story. There was no caveat that said we will not be charged for anything, and we're not even being charged for 4G...so it's not even a valid argument.

From that article, it looks like nothing was confirmed or denied. You can use PDANet, which you can use on the Hero/Moment/etc. All the Sprint employee said was "We don't exclude apps..." But that doesn't mean Sprint won't be able to modify the wifi hotspot app, to inform them you are using the app, and charge you for using it. This will be a "wait and see" type of thing.

In regards to Froyo & mobile hotspot & Sprint not blocking it.....I'll believe it when I see it.....but it wont matter, most of us will be on custom roms

Sprint basically side stepped the froyo question....

Talk isn't that cheap..its like 60$ or so just to talk 450 minutes...plus obama is gonna bring world peace as much as the US is a real democracy..

He said there was no extra charge, and he also said they knew we would be using more data. Oh, and he had an Evo in his hand at the time...
