So much emphasis is placed upon battery life. If you research the current technologies around portable batteries, you will find that it surprisingly, is the one technology that is years behind in advancement in providing todays handhelds with the power they deserve/need.

I remember my Cingular Nokia 5160i and the 3-4 days of battery life with a simple mono-color LCD, contacts list and ringtones. Now we have close to practical handheld laptops with relatively the same battery size with fares well if you consider the proportions...

Re: My EVO review...hmmm

The average person isnt even going to know the difference in classes when it comes the the SD card. Other than the screen size and processor, you cant compare this to the HD2 and what they package or price it at. The HD2 is running a dying OS and TMO and HTC understood that and knew they had to price it low and offer extras with it to make sure they sell.

Whether its class 2 or 6, its still a SD card that can hold you down until you get your class 6 when the prices drop even lower or you get a class 16 or 32 or it can just become a backup storage device.

I will be very happy with my class 2 8gb SD card and will be even happier once i put my current class 6 8gb SD card in.

I can also live with TP2 battery life for now.

I do miss my mini usb headphone/mic junk things! I remember when I openned the box to my Tmo Dash, it had so many pieces inside. Fast forward to my TP2, i had a cd and thats it! Where was my screen protector?
