That is not correct. Yes froyo was released and I'm running it on my nexus one but only the froyo rom for the nexus was released, no source codes whatsoever. Someone cannot build a rom just by looking at one, they need the source which Google said should be released this week. Its like if you look at a pizza with 20 unusual toppings and then trying to cook that exact same pizza with no recipe. Now if you get the recipe (source codes) you can make that pizza flawless. Sorry for the bad analogy but I think you get it.

Damn you guys I'm so excited. Now I can truely jump on the bandwagon. I live in a city getting wimax in the near future (hopefully the rumors are true and some cities get turned on that day, we would be one of them) I thought I was going to be downgrading from froyo, but with the source codes coming g out this week, we wont have to wait to long for custom froyo roms. Damn, can it hurry up and be the 4th already. Vegas memorial day weekend so this weekend should fly by. Tick tock tick tock
