couple ppl on xda said they were selling theirs. One dude said 550.

When that happened to me, I said cancel my account right now, I'm going to ATT and getting an iPhone. They switched me to a person that was a "last ditch save" department. I got it replaced at contract cost. So far I'm ahead of the game with saving on not paying TEP. But your mileage may vary.

Yea for the TEP, there are ways to get around the $7 per month and still have your phone insured.

Basically I used Firefox's ability to refresh automatically the newly listed catergory & as soon as I saw one for the right price I clicked on it looked it over to see if he was legit & purchased it. Watch out for the BS pre order & url auctions
