Right, they didn't raise the bill when I got a TP2. That is exactly my point. If you have an unlimited data plan, you have unlimited data. They aren't billing based on how much data they think your next device will use. If they were, then the TP2 would have a more expensive plan than the Mogul. So this $10 fee must be for 4G.
