that's why I also said what if they restrict you from activating the phone in your region that does not have 4g?

but i could walk into a sprint store in vegas and say oh im on my dads family plan and hes in SLC but i just moved down here and want this phone? and then i know this may be a unique situation but then i could provide them with my brothers henderson address, would they still restrict the phone because of where the plan is based or would they make the sell and take their money?
