i thought i heard the tp2 battery will work in the evo. any truth to this?

You couldnt have just put this with all the other pre order stuff? and the TP2 bat is supose to be the exact same as the Evo.

Yes and No, they give you the GC as your deposit money. It is what they sell you to hold the phone. Some of you got them other did not like my self.

Where in Texas are you?? I'm in Dallas and all my BB stores have them. You could do a search on the BB website and it will tell you which stores you can pre-order the EVO.

tp2 1500mAh think hd2 is 1300mAh but size looks same.

No, you pay $50, get the gift card, and bring that back in when paying for the phone...its basically a "down payment".

I emailed my EVP rep today just to see if they'd bend a little and make it worth our while to pre-order from them as opposed to brick and mortar. I sent him:
