Semper Fidelis (Always Faithful) is the motto of the Corps. That Marines have lived up to this motto is proved by the fact that there has never been a mutiny, or even the thought of one, among U.S. Marines.

I'm switching to Android OS because my winmo 6.1 is giving me fits. I'm locked into a sprint contract and can upgrade on June 1st. My choices are the Moment, the Hero, the Nexus (maybe) and the EVO. Which would you choose?

Definitely the Evo!! The hero is pretty laggy, don't really like it. My wife just got the moment a few weeks ago, it's ok but the keyboard sucks. I like having a physical keyboard but I am just going to have to adjust and what better phone to adjust with than a HTC EVO.

And the nexus one screen sucks look at this testing here: http://techblips.dailyradar.com/vide...ltitouch-test/

And here is a comparison chart of the nexus one vs. the evo: http://www.engadget.com/2010/03/23/h...arted-field-o/

travis:

Thanks for the info. I've been researching this for 3 months now and agree that EVO is the way to go for many reasons. As someone posted before, the minute the EVO was announced, my stupid winmo phone started wacking out (or maybe its just me .... ) Everyday I have to wait for the EVO feels like torture...

Re: Which OS are you switching from for the EVO?

As a former WinMo and current Android user, I find it very refreshig to see many of you coming to the realization that I have: WinMo is a dead OS and Android is taking the smartphone industry by storm. And I don't say this because I dislike WinMo but rather because I am excited for all of you to get a chance to begin using an OS that has the ability to change and grow with your needs.

Welcome to the revolution!
