So GT & etc software have to be setup for the Evo's camera?
Is that the only impediment currently?

I really need to stop reading anything and everything I can pertaining to this phone. It's starting to make the wait horribad.

That's pretty much the gist of it, yea. Most if not all mobile IM programs are not video enabled at all, actually...

Sprint has released a developer's guide specifically for the EVO with instructions on how to access the front facing camera, HDMI out, etc in your code, so I would imagine it's just a matter of time before we see video chat enabled programs

This is great news for sprint and I hope that they get this phone but the 4G network is only in 6 city's that I know of. Its great for those people that live in those areas but dont expect to get the 4G network anytime soon.
