it has the ability, pretty much the only reason to include the front facing camera.
on 4G (Wimax) is just Wifi on steroids, totally separate from the CDMA/voice side, and perhaps later down the road once fully implemented calls will be able to arrive on the phone via VOIP as well. maybe the time for not needing any "phone minutes" will be here one day, just needing data on the phone and nothing else.
