Since it is both a 4G/3G device, it can have a nationwide roll out, but you would need a 4G plan to make use of the 4G speeds. I'm thinking if you are on one of the Simply Everything plans, you will be fine with this phone. I hope Sprint doesn't require some type of Voice/EV/4G only plan. Make 4G an add on that you could elect.

Nothing has been officially announce yet. Sprint and HTC will spill the beans next Monday.

Sprint has recently launched commercials highlighting there price points compared to Verizon and AT&T. I dont see any reason they would increase or require you add a 4g option to your plan to use the phone. If anything, they will try to make this the main factor all the old legacy plan holders (which I am 1 of them) to finally dump that plan for a phone that truly is worthy of paying the extra to get those speeds in the areas where its offered.

Im sure that will all be announced once they announce the phone.

As a side note, I have added the 20/24 credit to my plan the last week it was offered in hopes that they would finally be releasing a phone that truly warrants me hanging up my plan i love so

I know that it is coming with Android..I didn't say it was coming with windows...just that I would prefer it. I love winmo, regardless, its my preference, but I'm getting this phone regardless.

I do have the Everything Data plan. With anytime, anymobile and unlimited data/text etc. I have 4 lines...but I will only be getting two of the phones. The other two lines don't need this high end of a phone.
