And I'm trying to delete stock programs like Facebook, Twitter, Stocks, Weather, etc. How do I do this?

Dont delete Stocks or Weather. Some people have said that cause major sync issues.

it allows you to backup app.
becareful what you delete.
read up on what not to delete.

Why would you want to get rid of weather? It doesn't take up that much space or causes any problems.
