I get this too. I'm using the stock, rooted, odexed rom, with the 3.29 update.

If on 4G, it disconnets from 4G, connects to 3G, then disconnects from 3G, and gives error 67.

If only connected to 3G, it disconnects, and says error 67.

Wifi tether works for me, so it isn't a huge loss.
