Thanks so much for posting these, but I cannot seem to figure out how to install them as all of the directions here pertaining to changing icons deal with the image files. Any help would be appreciated.

you copy file to the root of your sdcard then you flash it.

anyone using folder organizer as opposed to bettercut for the ICONS...

seems we need the stock android launcher to edit the shortcuts via bettercut.
