I only buy from Best Buy.

No waiting on rebates
No deductible
Replacement power supplies and cables
Multiple replacements per year ( no deductible)
Replacement for pretty much any reason, even water.
They do have a buy back as well and you can you that on upgrades

Its called BlackTie / but yes. I don't like it for non BB phones as they must still be sent out for repair, where as my sprint INS they send me one.

There is someone better than that. Its squaretrade.

My 3D is my first phone without insurance. I have save that money.

I figure if it died with 1 yr, I show HTC my receipt and they fix it.

In the meantime, I go get another new phone off fleabay. When the fix come back, sell it back on fleabay.

Loosing $100-$200 is nothing these days.

BUT if you are those that like to bang your phone, smug it, got kids using it, throw it around, very careless, etc .. well u better get insurance.

Re: Who's upgrading to the EVO 4G LTE?

It is not a good idea to get this phone until you have LTE in your area.

You will be only be getting 3g speed. It will not work in 4g.

And 3g speed is unbearable! Everything is slow. It feels like dial up.

Are you all going to get it on the first day?

I have replaced mine and my wife's evo a total of four times.
Three day turn around on all and no deductible.

My 3G speeds here can go up to 1200 + kbps.
Never got 4G here so the LTE will work just fine till LTE service rolls out.
