From what I understand it covers everything but lost or stolen.
Not a problem for many of us.
Have personally never lost a phone or had one stolen.
Never leave my high dollar toys laying around.

Re: Who's upgrading to the EVO 4G LTE?

No 4g in my city. I've noticed that sprint has been jumping from 4g provider to 4g provider like a dirty street walker in a Saturday night lately so I'm not too eager to jump to a new 4g device with no coverage in my city just to find out they switched providers again and if it ever makes it here, I'm stuck with a device not covered. I love the 3d, wish TV manufactures would use the technology for glasses free 3d.

Re: Who's upgrading to the EVO 4G LTE?

Even if it is stolen, will it work because u can log into HTC and disable it and sent a message too. Do you know what I am talking about?

Should be my next phone. I won't be eligible till April next year since I used the last one on my 3d but I'm hoping they offer early upgrades again in December

About the same as Sprint but covers more and no deductible.

It covers lost and stolen?

It isn't fair to say that it covers more. Sprint will cover any issue in the world. You just have to pay the deductible.
