looking for a solar battery charging device (not phone charging)

I've seen ton's of solar charging devices that plug into your phone. I'd like to get a solar charger that I can put my spare battery in. I carry a spare battery in my wallet and a 3rd charged at home, but I'd love to have an on the go charger that I could leave on my dash and charge a battery. I like to think of having an extra battery as instant satisfaction. At the end of the day I don't even charge my phone I just run it till it's pretty much dead and switch out the battery
