The disk would not stick to the back of my Rev 3 evo case. Bummer.

sticks to my bestbuy seido/pt case. might try a little epoxy to glue it on.

wouldn't stick to my rev4 case either...not until I put one very small drop of Gorrila gule on it

...After 2 hours setting/clamped, it works great now! (be careful not to use more than a small drop...that stuff expands!)

I have no problems with the weight of the device either...I just made sure I mounted the base, with that consideration...and it is really a good setup...especially for the price! I love the size too...
