So the phantomskinz didn't work out? Was the glue supposed to be there?

No not at all. Glue from when they glued the "Application Tool" err flimsy credit card thing to the packaging.

They made good though and claim to have sent replacements today. We'll see.

Re: EVO Screen Protectors Thread

There is another big thread on screen protector's over at androidforums. The consensus seems to be either Boxwave or Clarivue. In particular I hear glowing reviews about Boxwave's anti-glare. I personally ordered Clarivue's clear protector, which should be coming in tomorrow.

Re: EVO Screen Protectors Thread

So it sounds like there is a lot of experience on this thread. Hopefully you guys can answer my question.

I installed my Ghost Armor protector last night and I'm satisfied with the quality, but there are some streaks on the top half of the screen. They aren't micro-bubble streaks but are very even and transparent. I'm wondering if these will dissipate after a few days like the micro-bubble streaks? Has anyone else ever encountered this?

I'm hoping that I did not somehow damage my screen.

Thanks for the help!

Re: EVO Screen Protectors Thread

I may have found the answer to my question. This appears to be a manufacturer defect. If anyone else experiences this after install there is more info here: http://androidforums.com/accessories...or-normal.html

Re: EVO Screen Protectors Thread

Here's my 2 cents. I had zagg on my previous phones but didnt like the rubbery feel to it. I switched to Stienhiel crystal clear for my TP2 and loved it. Unfortunately they do not yet make it for the Evo so I did some research and decided on the Clarivue. I love it. The only problem I have with it is that the cut is slightly too narrow and there is a cutout for the proximity sensor which I am not sure is necessary. I will take pictures of it if anybody wants when I get home.

Re: EVO Screen Protectors Thread

I think the anti-glare is better in sunlight, but I feel like there is a slight decrease in screen clarity. With the anti-glare protector, the screen looks slightly grainy.
