Re: Evo cases

I know and my Sprint store said they should have accessories on the 4th. I see the Jawbone Icon here and I bought it today from BB cause I had a 15 dollar off coupon. But I could of gotten it for 25% off with Sprint if the store has it. But I really hope they have accessories on the 4th. But I want the car kit and the pink gel case. Amzers are 10 bucks but I heard one person say they rip and our cheap and there's won't be out on the 4th. The body glove cover is cool too.

Re: Evo cases

I've been hearing different views on this matter, but I think I'd rather listen to actual phone experts(ppcgeeks) on this one. I've been concerned about the magnet closure cases, and how they could possibly disrupt the electronics in my smartphone. I've been looking for snap closure cases lately, but really unsuccessful. However, I'm willing to use a magnet case IF someone provides a good argument of how magnets affect the phone, and if they're safe or not. Please Help! here are my options... one's magnetic (HTC), and the other is not (DLO).

Re: Evo cases

is it snug, or roomy? because I would rather have room than tight.

You know, Im going to have to get used to it, I've been using a Mogul case on my TP2 and there alot of open space to push up my phone.

With the htcPEDIA pouch, it is a little more tight than usual.

Re: Evo cases

FYI, the RocketFish large universal case at Best Buy fits the EVO like it was made for it. No extra slack but not tight at all, the phone comes right up to where the flap is but you don't have to stretch the flap at all, it really is a 100% perfect fit. Magnet closure too. My only gripe is that the swivel belt clip is a touch loose, but it's not horrible. $19.99, so price could be worse, but it is certainly more than the $10 eBay options I was looking at. Figured that this one fit so well that it was worth the extra $10 to not have to gamble on the eBay cases and maybe end up buying a couple because the first one didn't fit well. I did a quick look online and couldn't find it, but the store I went to had a few, and they looked like a regularly stocked item.

Now I just have to decide if I'm going to go the full body protector route (probably XOSkins.com) or just go naked. Don't have a scratch on my Hero after 3 months, HTC seems to be making them very robust lately...

And yes, the pics were taken with my Hero, as the EVO is in the case!
