Hey Dark_Hitman? Sprint gave you a new phone because of this issue? Did you have to prove it was happening?

No i just take to the store and explain what happen and they change the phone. no ask no prove they said i was the first one with that problem. That is why i love sprint great service and they said if have the problem again go to the store again

hmm, i don't really want to take mine back but i think it's a software glitch. I'm hoping that it will get fixed with a software update but i guess it couldn't hurt to ask sprint what's up with this issue.

if you can change it change it. you do not know if the program's default or defective phone. I changed mine and is working great. do not expect to spend 30 days and may not be a problem programming

Well after what just happened i think i might have to. Has anyone else encountered this new issue? I was listening to music through the headphones and there was a loud buzzing noise and the phone shut itself off and looked like it was having trouble booting up but then eventully did after taking longer then usual.

Okay so i just returned my evo 3d. They were so rude in that sprint store for just trying to get an even exchange for another evo 3d. They wanted me to pay a $35.00 restocking fee even though the phone was defective. I had to get the corporate office to waive the fee on my next bill. (This was a corporate store i was at too). I just gave up. I'm really debating whether i should get another evo 3d or switch to another carrier. any thoughts?
