Re: yahoo mail problem
Yea...i've tried several times...no joy.....I'm not even seeing log in attempts on my regular yahoo page thru my laptop. I'm using the "yahoo mail app for android" on my evo and my evo3d and i see login attempts on my yahoo "log in attempts" page in my laptop browser. So i do see my yahoo app logged in. So i'm not "locked out". The issue is my stock mail app is not logging in correctly for whatever reason.

Re: yahoo mail problem
I dont like doing pop3 on phone.
Exchange might be OK. I am just going to use the browser for all my email. I dont want to stress my 3D.

Re: yahoo mail problem
Only been running it a few days and only had the phone a week. So it's to early to say. It does give you a pop-up in the notification bar about new mail so it works well, plus it gives you access to all your folders. That said, i still want my stock mail to work correctly. It's not just the 3D it's not working on my EVO4g either. I noticed that my 3D was doubling the PW during sign-on attempts so i'm wondering if the phones IP's were "locked out" or blocked. Every time i checked the sign in and server info under account/settings i noticed the PW was listed twice in a row. I think this has something to do with it. But....wouldn't the yahoo app use the exact IP as my stock email app? Hmm...very confusing.... I noticed a lot of other's were having issues as well so who knows.
