Post your battery life on the EVO 3D here

2. wifi - off
3. BT - off
4. 8 phone calls 40+texts
5. Maybe 1 hour total Internet usage. Posted 3 pics and updates status to Facebook mostly.
6. No gaming
7. 3+ bars
8. Hotmail ActiveSync
*9. Took about 15 3D pics and 4 videos about 2 minutes each.

All that and still had 30% battery after about 11 hours of usage at Warped Tour. I am really impressed. My daughter had my EVO 4g and had to change batteries midway.

right now It says display is sucking most of my battery life. Anyone having issues with that?

Engadget posted the battery life sucked and maybe it does but without posting how they were using it and under what conditions we can't really gather much from that post.

I know I'm asking for a lot of information but it would be 100 times more useful than someone just saying it lasted just 3 hours and then someone replying to them - you must have a defective unit - mine lasted all day and still had 20% -without any of the conditions that it was being used.

I installed some battery widget for my phone and it claims that 75% of my battery is being drained by the display. Shouldn't the setting for the brightness of the screen (auto, 10%, 50%, etc.) be one of the most important factors for battery life?

Yep. It seems to drain very little battery. Not nearly as much as wifi. On my Evo, BT and Wifi were pretty comparable. On the 3D, Wifi takes a lot more battery.

I'm using juice defender from the market and my battery lasts me all day long goes down to half full after about 13hrs

Might have to try with Juice defender again. I purchased ultimate juice but just trying to give this a whirl barebones to get a base level first

I am. I think if it wasn't for that my battery would be better. I will post my results later.

I use custom and then select which apps I want to include/omit. I also use the location based wifi settings
