What's the cheapest you got your EVO 3D for from Sprint?

Im a silver premiere and wasn't elegible for a full upgrade until next year, I called them up yesterday and they gave me the 3D for $199 + taxes + activation fee = $240ish , the were gonna charge me for shipping but got them to waive it. When I call to activate im gonna ask to have the activation fee waived as well, hopefully they will

What's the deal with the activation fees? I thought if you do it online they don't charge you?
