unfortunately i dont think so the evo battery appears to be longer than the 3vo battery

the evo was 1500 and the 3d will be a 1730mAh so even if they fit it would be a very very bad idea.

That batteries are shaped differently and the Evo 4G's battery will only fit if you shove it in the 3d.

The 1500 and 1730 values are in mAh, or milliamp-hours, which is a measurement of capacity. It has no effect other than how long the battery lasts.

If the Evo 4G and Evo 3D batteries were the same shape (which they are not), the only thing that would happen by putting the Evo's 1500 mAh battery in the Evo 3D would that you get pissed because of crappy battery life
