Best place to buy the 3D??

I have a preorder from best buy but I hear others telling me it's cheaper elsewhere.

Re: Best place to buy the 3D??

Amazonwireless also has it for 179.99. You can ask sprint for 70.00 loyalty/renewal credit also before you upgrade.

Re: Best place to buy the 3D??

If you're buying off-contract or "outright" Amazon wireless has it for $469.00 instead of $499.00. Of course they won't ship it until June 24th, but it's still a discount.

If you're paying full price, Best Buy and Radioshack will have it for $599.00 instead of the $499.00 price tag at Sprint. So in that respect, it's cheaper practically everywhere other than those two places.

Standard upgrade price is $199.00 which will probably be the same at Best Buy, but as others have just posted in this thread, you can find it even lower than that. Especially with the loyalty/renewal credit from Sprint that was mentioned.

Re: Best place to buy the 3D??

i preordered from bestbuy for the 199. i called sprint complained that best buy wont match online stores of 179.99. the woman said there is also a 18 dollar activation per phone in bestbuy. i bought 2. so she is crediting me 45 dollars per line. so 90 total. takes care of activation as well as the price difference. win win. so i end up paying 175 per phone. sweet deal in my book.

I'm curious about this... I've never tried this, or even heard of it. What would I have to do/say? Do I need to call Sprint for this, or just ask for it in-store? I'm getting mine from Radio Shack.

Anyway, BB (as other have already pointed out) has it for $199.99. Thing is, they often give a discount on accessories, and will install your invisibleSHIELD at no extra charge. You have to buy the shield, but they normally charge like $15 to put one on...which is ridiculous, considerinv it onlg takes a few minutes. I had them do mine, only b/c I had neved had an iS before.

Re: Best place to buy the 3D??

Bought/preordered the Evo 3D yesterday from Wirefly for $150. Got $90 for agreeing to stay w/ sprint a couple weeks ago. Can't wait to get my hands on this phone

Re: Best place to buy the 3D??

Yep, I also bought mine at wirefly for the 150. In order to get the 150 price you have to make sure you click the right link...not sure why etc, but google "evo 3d pre-order for 150" (or something to that effect) and you will find it. It is a great deal even with the $18 activation fee (which you can get sprint to waive). Also factor in free shipping (I don't mind getting mine a few days late) and no taxes... I also don't mind shopping around for accessories. I don't plan to do the iS deal, but I do want a silicone case and screen protector which won't be hard to find for probably $10 for the set.

So can't wait for this phone...

Thumbs up Re: Best place to buy the 3D??

I did a quick search on Amazon to see what was there and found something you might be looking for, figured I might as well copy the link and post it since I was already staring at it. It's about $10 shipped and has a case, screen protector, and a car charger...

Amazon.com: HTC EVO 3D BLACK SILICONE CASE, RAPID CAR CHARGER, LCD SCREEN PROTECTOR COMBO: Cell Phones & Accessories

It looks like wirefly's $149 offer has expired. I called them up to order a second one for my wife since I couldn't find a link that would give me the $149 price and was told that it was a temporary deal. I may still buy it through them, but I will wait and shop around some. I am guessing it ended friday the 17 with that being the 1 week mark for release. If I find something better I will post.
