CT tried to get Amazon to charge tax on anything bought thru websites they fulfilled for companies in CT. That failed miserably and hurt the CT companies as Amazon just cancelled all their shipping agreements with all those CT companies rather than charge tax. Anyway, that's why I'm buying at Best Buy, I have $45 in Best Buy bucks to use, that has been burning a hole in my wallet for some time now. |

That sounds like a kick-ass deal! I assume you have to renew a 2-yr contract etc. So if you do...make sure you get your renewel credit and push for the waived activation fee!

Re: Best place to buy the 3D??
I had a pre-order at BB; they called me Tuesday to get me to schedule an "appointment" for the 24th thru 26th. I ended up walking into a Radio Shack and getting the last one they had in stock. Traded in my brand new Evo (I had my Evo 4G replaced Wednesday for a bad USB charging port) and they were able to give me more than $99 when you factor in money for accessories. I think the gift card he gave me had about $148 on it.
I was out the door with the Evo and the Otterbox Defender (which goes for $50) for $120. Not. Too. Shabby. -e. |
