Upgrade pricing...

So when I goto Sprint.com, it tells me I am currently only eligible for the $75 upgrade rebate and that I won't be eligible for the $150 till Sept 1st.

However, when I goto sites like BestBuy.com(Amazon as well) and use their upgrade checker, it tells me YES I am eligible for an upgrade and that I can get the $199. According to BestBuy.com, I was elibible for the upgrade as of JUNE 1st.

Why the difference? I am considering getting the EVO 3D to replace my now aging Touch Pro 2. I'd like to get it at Best Buy since I have about $50 in Best Buy bucks to use.

Also, I am still on the old SERO $30 plan. Will I have an issue if I buy at Best Buy and being on SERO? I know I would have to bump up to SERO-P but can I do that at a Best Buy?
