Angry I'm so angry....

I was told by a Sprint rep a few months back that, since I'm a premiere customer, I could upgrade after a year. I went to pre-order at the shack, and they said i'm not eligible until next year. WTF?! I was so excited, too.

Anyone have any ideas for a solution?

Are u a Gold or Silver Premier customer? Also what does it say when you go to https://manage.sprintpcs.com/special...bateWelcome.do and type in your phone number?

another option.....

send this guy @ sprintusers a pm, he can reset your upgrade as long as you are premier & your line is the primary line.

Thanks, OMJ!! I actually already called retentions, and I'm officially eligible for my full upgrade now. The lady was really nice, too. She was like, "You've been with Sprint for 10 years?? Yeah, let me reset that for you..." LoL
