I'm so angry....
I was told by a Sprint rep a few months back that, since I'm a premiere customer, I could upgrade after a year. I went to pre-order at the shack, and they said i'm not eligible until next year. WTF?! I was so excited, too.
Anyone have any ideas for a solution? |

You should be, I say go to a sprint store directly or another radio shack.

Thanks, OMJ!! I actually already called retentions, and I'm officially eligible for my full upgrade now. The lady was really nice, too. She was like, "You've been with Sprint for 10 years?? Yeah, let me reset that for you..." LoL
