**sidenote they also told me that if they have the phone in a corporate store they can validate your premier status and you can walk out with your phone....i highly doubt that, but i'll give it a try during lunch today with a few stores in the midtown area....good luck to everyone else tryna get thru

On the phone with telesales as we speak. They couldn't help me. Said I needed to go in to the store to order. I had him transfer me to technical support to see about online ordering since the phone isn't showing up online. I'm on hold. It doesn't sound like anyone knows anything.

Telesales can't help you, if you are a premier customer go to Sprint.com and click on the Premier link then "Go to Sprint Community, log in, and then go to Premier Community and you will find the link in the Premier Forums! Got mine ordered!

Okay I got 'er done!! Got the order confirmed, despite having to spend an hour and a half on the phone. Kudos to Janelle the Sprint rep that finally made it happen!!!

When I tried to get the credit, I was actually trying to resolve a issue on my last bill. The rep was gonna credit my account $40.....I checked today to see if it was there......it was $45, and when I looked at the details, it said it was a for a contract renewal....sure enough my line's contract was pushed to 6/2013.....got on chat today, and got the $40 credited that I didn't get.....so I got the renewal credit after all

I am eligible for a 2-year renewal discount and spoke with retentions on Sunday to receive a loyalty credit. I didn't have any problems placing the online order for an EVO 3D this morning, however the order (now 5 minutes old) shows the product is currently on backorder.
