what version of recovery do u have? i got the same error when using v1.0.1, but when I updated to 1.0.3 it flashed fine

I get errors quite often when flashing. What works for me is to back out of the install menu and enter a different menu. Then back to the install menu and it flashes. Odd, but it works for me. I also wipe my caches before I install. Don't know if it is necessary but I seem to have better results. Maybe just a placebo effect.
