Did you ever update to 2.17 when you relocked? Update your radios? Then unlock flash recovery and fastboot into it and wipe try the roms ?

Does anyone of you have random reboot during a phone call dialing or receiving on v 2.6? I restored to v 2.5 until i get a fix.

Did you ever update to the latest 2.17 radios and everything?
Before you rooted or afterwards?


I haven't seen anyone report that issue.. I have been running my own rom so I haven't tested this... Always a good idea to update to the lastest radios and software either by relocking your phone and taking a RUU if your CDMA or finding someone that has made a zip for it... I prefer relocking and using a RUU since I am Hboot 1.5

I don't think you broke it man I would wipe not the SD card relock and use the latest RUU exe 2.17 if your CDMA Update profile and prl... Go back to hboot unlock your phone again flash a recovery....


Now fastboot boot recovery.img wipe again and flash you should be 100% good to go...

Hi, I wanted to go from v2.5 to 2.6 and so I did a wipe using Superwipe and it went through the process, rebooted and got stuck at the white screen with the green hTc lettering. It has been like that for a while, so I pulled the battery and it booted back up to the same screen. What do I do, please help!

Well, I pulled the battery again and then held power button and volume down and then rebooted into recovery and just did a manual wipe. Is there something I did wrong with Superwipe though?

I've been here and when this happened to me I had to take the batter out and then boot in to bootloader by holding the down volume button while pressing the power button. From there I was able to go into recovery and then install zip from sdcard

Sweet Glad your running good now man.. I just uploaded another build of my rom new look to it hopefully anyone else that had the issue you did with both roms will be able to fix it now

this may be a stupid question but after u ran superwipe, did u reboot or did u install the new ROM then reboot? I only ask, since u didn't specify. If this is the case, after running superwipe, you have no OS, and u will get exactly what u described. Superwipe is what I use, never had an issue with it, but it's only used b4 flashing a new ROM.
