Thanks for all the input. I will also doublecheck on the firmware. As for the 3d camera. I can also report that it works as expected. I also notice that it seems like this ICS rom is really quick even with power saving using 1 core at 1ghz. Very nice work OMJ.

I would suggest a fresh flash, wipe everything. v2.5 was based on 2.08, so it's 2 OS versions ago.....also, update your firmware to 2.17:

copy the firmware files to your sd card, rename it to PG86IMG.zip. Then either reboot into bootloader, or power down, the hold volume down + power to boot into bootloader. Once in bootloader, it will see the PG86IMG.zip & prompt u to update the firmware. Once updated, go thru you're normal procedure to flash a ROM when u have 1.50 hboot

agree 100%....but I'm still gonna get the EVo LTE, it will be just that much better, plus it basically wont cost me anything...hell I may even make $$$ after selling my 3D

I am in love with this ROM and the v 3.1 with the leedroid tweaks just pushed it over the top. ICS is so sweet I really feel conflicted gettin this so close to the Evo 4G LTE. Sprint would be wise to hold off this could persuade alot of potential upgraders to hold out. I'm going to be dying to get a custom rom on that E4GLTE!

File corruption can be ruled out.
I re-downloaded the .zip file and formatted the SD card…… still stuck on HTC after install
