I may be missing something but the latest update (9/9) v. 2.3 has the same name as the last update I downloaded and doesn't seem to have changed mine to v. 2.3 it still says v. 2.2 SP 1 after flashing

edit 1: I'll just download the full v. 2.3 ROM and flash I guess.....

Edit 2: Updated via full updated ROM ftw!

everything working great except battery life for me. was looking to try different kernels but noticed not much of a selection.

Can someone please help me, Ive been searching for an answer but cant seem to find a good one. I have an evo 3d with an old version of OMJ Rom. Its great but I would really like to upgrade to the newest version of OMJ (updated 9/9). What is the best way to upgrade. Do I have to download the new version and boot into recovery and load it that way? But then I lose all my apps and games and stuff that I have installed. Whats the best program to back these programs up? Titanium backup? Will I lose all my game saves if I back them up and then wipe all the data when I flash? Is their a way to upgrade to the newest version without deleting all my apps or is that not recommeded? Can I upgrade to the newest version right through the phone without going into recovery?

you need to flash from recovery.....I recommend wiping everything, but you can take your chances by not wiping data. I'd do a backup first though.

I don't backup apps, so if u go that route, most ppl use TB.

I was in Navigation (the built-in blue arrow) and when I used the volume up and down, it changed "Media Volume" and not "Navigation Volume" like it used to.
