It's been a long time since I flashed an android phone. Hope I can remember to do it right...

After I flash this PG86IMG_2.08.651.2_firmware_nohboot.zip ( I renamed it to PG86IMG.zip and flashed) Do I re-rename it so I can do the next steps to flash the custom ROM?

You don't have to rename anything, just wipe everything and flash through recovery.

OMJ, So I I'm coming from stock do I have to flash OMJ's EVO 3D 2.3.4 v2.2 and then the SP1 Update or does the full update already have the changes in SP1? Thanks. Also, do you included a folder with all of the crapware in it to install?

I have the same question as above poster.....

Also does anyone have a working screenshot app? I was using shootme but since I installed this latest ROM it won't work.

you dont need an app for screenshots, just Hold down the POWER button and then press the HOME button.

You will see a message appear on the screen that says “screenshot saved to Camera shots”. You can then go to your Gallery app to see the screenshots.

v2.2 full ROM does not have the extras that are included in SP1, so you could flash 2.2 Full then immediately flash the SP1.

yes & no.....originally when I was making SP1 it was only going to have the 2.2 updates, but then I figured I would add a few extras...

-Includes all v2.2 updates

*PLUS*

-Updated modified stock kernel to lastest v.4a (Thx Freeza)
-Updated Gtalk w/ correct video
-Added camera mod (no shutter sound, HDR/Panorama)

So I need to install SP1? I just installed FULL DOWNLOAD last night. First ROM I installed on my 3D.
