i spent some time on this yesterday, but was having issues....it's a simple edit in systemui.apk but for some reason it's giving me trouble.....when i get it working, I'll post the updated apk


yeah I know it's been almost 2 months....but really, I'm not sure what I would update besides apps....there really hasn't been anything new & exciting

there will definitely be alot more updating when ICS comes out.....hopefully a leak will show up sooner.

Actually, I appreciate that. After using a bunch of popular ROMs, your's has been the most stable and that's the most important thing to me. My phone did reboot once randomly, but at least it's not every other hour. I'll probably flash to Tiamat's kernel and undervolt since it has passed my inspection so far :)

Just curious though, are all the spyware/CIQ related junk removed from the latest ROM? I know some were, but not sure if there were any new findings in the past month.

yep, that's the thing...once you have a solid ROM, why eff with it besides updating apps as they get updated....I seriously have not flashed or worked on a new ROM since this last update

yes, all CIQ have been removed...I've been using @freeza 's modified kernel which removes the kernel based CIQ since back in August....there's more to it then just the kernel, but it's all removed

Hey what's up OMJ how's everything? Well I've been trying different rom's on xda and for some reason the newer roms are malfunctioning and kernels are not working well with my phone. My phone freezes and reboots and gets stuck and I have to do a battery pull. I see you haven't done an update probably because your phone is working just fine. Is there a certain kernel that you are using that is working perfect with your ROM? Thanks.

I have HBOOT 1.5 and have rooted using HTC method. Obviously, I do not have S-OFF.

3G Mobile Hotspot is unlocked for me but cannot use 4G Mobile Hotspot - 4G connection simply shuts off and reverts to 3G whenever I turn on the Mobile Hotspot option. Needless to say, I am trying to do this without a paid Mobile Hotspot service. Everything else is working fine - even 4G connection is working fine when the Mobile Hotspot service is turned OFF.

Is there any way to use the Mobile Hotspot with 4G data connection?

wow ever since i flashed this rom i never changed it. its been almost two months . this rom is the most stable for me. i just used go launcher but nothing else. thanks omj
