droid incredible data on mts network

Hi I live in manitoba canada and I have recently got my droid incredible voice, sms, and data to work on the mts network. Data was working for about two weeks and then stopped all of a sudden. I called customer service and they said it was probably a fluke even after I told them that I entered the m.ip settings and everything. That told me it was impossible for me to get data because the system can not recognize my phone. In my opinion I do not believe them because I highly doubt that it can happen for two weeks straight. I was wondering if any one knows what they use to recognize the phone as theirs? ( I am guessing the authentication key) Also could anyone tell me how they recognize a phone for their ota programming which would do all the programming for me?
