I just checked my account and saw that I have been charged also (I had them charge my account rather than put it on a credit card). Lets hope that you are right and both our phones are on the way! (Still no tracking number though.......)

i was told by customer service that even though my CC was charged, it doesnt mean the phones on its way yet

The VZW CEO said Friday that htc is having trouble replacing the sold inventory because of a parts shortage. They are out ot the screens , they get them from Samsung. Main reason for late shipments to customers.

I had one without a keyboard, and honestly I started to find it a pain to open the phone and use the keyboard. Only time I liked it was when I needed special characters, and when I was making hotkeys with AutoHotkeyCE, and programming/writing scripts right on my device.
Even then, with the right onscreen keyboard i could do just fine.
Swype will take care of most of my needs...might have to mod a different keyboard for my programming needs though.

UPDATE.....okay, I got impatient and picked up the Incredible from Walmart last nite for $148. I was in and out in less than 15 mins!! Woo hoo!!
