Ordered mine online on 5/12, had them charge my account. When I check the order online it says, "Your order has been processed. You should receive your order within 2 - 3 business days." When I check my account online it hasn't been charged yet, so my guess is that it hasn't shipped (no surprise there).
Further complication is that I just returned my TP2 on day 29 of my 30 day new trial, so that might have to clear first...... |

Yes, it has to clear first. I did the same thing. I wasn't able to order online until the return cleared and I was waaay to impatient so I called and ordered over the phone to speed up the process. Worked like a charm.

They actually accepted my order online the same day, but my 'status' hasn't changed since then. I guess I have no choice but to be patient....

The " other " android has a physical keyboard , and they are in stock and cheap !!!!!!!!!!

I don't think that it means you have been charged yet, just that they processed your order. When they actually charge the card you should receive a notice with a tracking number.
