manila 2.6 will not work on phones with qualcomm processors like the diamond. According to conflipper, features of 2.6 are being incorporated into manila 2.5 which does work on qualcomm processors. Conflipper has a more detailed explanation in the muttim manila 2.5 vga port at xda (towards the end of the thread).
